A woman named Kim Cakery is alleging that Tristan Thompson fathered her child. Thompson admitted to sleeping with her years before she got pregnant, but the kid isn’t his. Now Khloe Kardashian is getting her attorney involved once again.

Cakery was called out by fans for allegedly forging a direct message communication with Khloe. Fans caught her with this apparent lie and she then set her Instagram profile to private.

Now TMZ reports that Khloe has had enough of Cakery’s harassment. Kardashian claims that Kim is looking for her 15 seconds of fame, and she’s trying to use Tristan Thompson to get it.

Khloe’s attorney, Lynda Goldman, sent a cease and desist letter to Tristan’s paternity accuser, Kimberly Alexander, aka Kim Cakery. She received the documents on Tuesday. The paperwork also called her out for faking those DMs with Khloe.

The document reads, in part: “You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it.”

It is stated in the legal docs that Tristan took two paternity tests for Cakery’s 7-year-old son, but each one came back that he’s not the father. She has continued this narrative that he is the papa, but science has already proven that to be incorrect.

Cakery tried to say that the paternity test results were bias because they used a “Kardashian affiliated facility.” The docs address this as well by saying, “It is no such thing. It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.”

This is actually the second cease and desist that they had to fire off to Kim Cakery. Attorney Mary Singer also sent a threat back in May 2020 over this issue, but she obviously didn’t get the message.

They just want Kim Cakery to drop this story and stop harassing them on social media. We will have to see if they get that wish.

What’s your take on this situation? Is Kim Cakery just looking for some star power? Sound off in the comments!
