Bam Margera was fired from the set of Jackass 4 because he couldn’t come to work without being loaded. This is according to his co-stars like Steve-O, who has defended Jeff Tremaine.

Tremaine filed a restraining order against Bam Margera in recent memory. Many fans were wondering why that happened, and it boils down to threats. In court docs obtained by TMZ, new text messages reveal that Margera was blowing up Tremaine’s phone.

On alleged threat said: “Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again. If you don‘t sign the paper, look at you children. Sign your stupid f*cking contract before your (sic) not safe anywhere.”

According to Jeff Tremaine, the contract that Bam is referring to was written by himself. Tremaine says he is in legit fear for his family’s and his safety because of Margera’s threats.

The threats for Tremaine’s safety and that of his children were also the subject of his barrage. The court has granted Jeff Tremaine’s order of protection against Bam as well. He is now ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the director, his wife and kids. He also has to stop contacting him.

This harassment has allegedly been going on since February. The messages are really hostile and we are all pulling for Bam Margera to get the help he needs.
