Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce situation is not over yet, but one big thing was sorted out by a judge. The power couple will share responsibilities when it comes to raising their children.

Pitt considers this a huge win in his case as Angelina Jolie battled him with custody. Jolie was previously engaged that their judge would not allow their children to testify.

TMZ reports that a judge ruled on a 50/50 custody split for Pitt and Jolie’s five minor children, 17-year-old Pax, 16-year-old Zahara, and 14-year-old Shiloh. Maddox is 19, so he is an adult and not subject to the ruling.

Angelina wanted sole custody, but that didn’t happen. She only wanted Brad Pitt to have supervised visitation, but their judge felt that her arguments didn’t warrant that restriction.

It was deemed that Pitt is a suitable parent, so he won’t have to deal with someone micromanaging his parental decisions. This came after numerous psychologist and other experts were witnesses at the trial.

Now Brad is “over the moon” about this new ruling. He will share parenting responsibilities with Angelina Jolie. This divorce was first filed in 2016, but then Brad allegedly got in a physical altercation on a private jet with one of their children. He was then estranged from his children and received supervised visitation. Those days are now over.
