J. Cole’s career in pro basketball didn’t get off to the best start. He is now two games in and fans are dragging him pretty hard.

Cole’s last game saw him score zero points and zero assists. He did manage to get one steal and one block during his time on the court. Fans saw those skills and were less kind while watching him play for the Rwanda Patriots.

His last album, appropriately titled “The Off-Season,” saw one song debut on Billboard Hot 100’s Top Ten list. Cole received plenty of jeers from fans online when they saw his performance on the hardwood.

J Cole tried for two three-pointers during the game that resulted in air-balls. Fans chastised him in a big way over that, but they did give him props for being able to rap.

“Aye man, at least J. Cole can rap,” one fan remarked. Another fan begged, “please never stop making music J. Cole.” Obviously, Cole’s skills outside of basketball are appreciated by fans on a much greater level.

J Cole is still feeling things out and getting the ball rolling, no pun intended. He might get over those jitters, but it didn’t help his performance in last night’s game.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
