Dana White is not the biggest fan of Jake Paul. If anything, Paul fired huge shots at White’s own boxing career, calling him out for being a failure. White has also threatened to sue Paul and Triller for tampering with UFC fighters’ contracts. Now Jake Paul claims to be in conversations with the UFC about a possible boxing match with a reigning champion.

The famous YouTuber told Chael Sonnen during a recent podcast interview that he believes UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman and his team is talking about a crossover battle in the boxing ring.

Sonnen asked Paul whether he really wants to fight Usman in a boxing ring, and Jake said: “100%”

“Yeah, and look, there [are] conversations happening. I believe Kamaru’s manager is already in talks with Dana, and I think that’s all I can say,” Paul continued to say. The 3-0 boxer has 3 KOs under his belt. He wouldn’t mind adding Usman to that list, but it would have to come with Dana White’s permission. Then Paul would have to worry about actually boxing Usman.

Plenty of fighters want to step up and box Jake Paul next. Chuck Liddell said that he would love to knock him out. We’ll have to see if Dana White gives the green light for Usman to fight Paul, especially after so much public heat between The Problem Child and the UFC President.
