Seth Rogen is good to his friends and he likes working with them whenever possible. We have seen the last of Rogen working with James Franco.

Rogen and Franco came from Freaks & Geeks and their friendship continued from there. Allegations about James Franco’s Inappropate sexual behavior caused a rift in that relationship. Now the Superbad star is done with his Pineapple Express co-star.

While speaking to The Sunday Times, Seth Rogen addressed Charlyne Yi’s accusations that continuing his working relationship with Franco was enabling the star’s actions.

“What I can say is that I despise abuse and harassment and I would never cover or conceal the actions of someone doing it, or knowingly put someone in a situation where they were around someone like that.”

“However, I do look back at a joke I made on Saturday Night Live in 2014 and I very much regret making that joke. It was a terrible joke, honestly. And I also look back to that interview in 2018 where I comment that I would keep working with James, and the truth is that I have not and I do not plan to right now.” In this particular SNL episode, Franco DMs a 17-year-old British schoolgirl and asks for her number.”

Yi wanted to quit The Disaster Artist filming because she said Franco is a “sexual predator.” She was blocked from quitting the project as producers attempted to bribe her with a larger part in the film. They said that Rogen “definitely [knew] about the bribe and why I quit.”

Now Seth Rogen has spoken about the situation and he does not plan on getting involved with James Franco again in the future.

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
