The Tiger King drama continues and it’s far from over yet. Joe Exotic is in prison. but his ex husband is spilling all the tea about his relationship.

While speaking to The Sun, John Finlay, Joe Exotic’s ex, said that he was “impressionable” when he got with the Tiger King. Since he was “willing to try anything once,” he went for Joe.

He says their “marriage” was a publicity stunt, and a total scam. The 37-year-old welder said that the three-way marriage with Travis Maldondo wasn’t legal in the slightest. He didn’t mind the fake wedding, but he didn’t care for looking like a hillbilly on drugs.

“The fake one was basically a publicity stunt so Joe could get his own reality TV series.”

“The only issues I had were the fake wedding and the fact they made me look like a drugged-up hillbilly,”

Finaly has got his teeth fixed up since the taping of that Netflix docuseries. His smile was instantly meme-worthy. He has also now found true love with a woman named Stormey.

“I’ve never felt this way about anyone before. I had no idea what it is like to marry your rock, your soulmate, the person you spend every minute of the day with. Stormey completes me and we are deeply in love.”

Joe Exotic, real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage, is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence on a murder-for-hire charge. He put a hit on his nemesis, Carole Baskin. They still haven’t been able to prove or disprove that Carole Baskin killed her husband and fed his body to tigers.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
