Everyone is looking for love, and there’s a special app for that if you’re in for an exclusive and high-profile date. It’s just hard to believe when someone like Ben Affleck actually pops up.

A TikTok user named @NivineJay is getting plenty of attention for a video she uploaded. This video shows that the Batman star actually matched with her on Raya, a private dating app for entertainment professionals. She didn’t buy it though.

Despite the dating app’s security features, she still wasn’t sure that it was really Ben Affleck. After all, he’s a pretty high profile name to be on a dating app, even an exclusive one. The caption on her TikTok video said it all.

“Thinking of the time I matched with Ben Affleck on Raya and thought it was fake so I unmatched him and he sent me this video on Instagram.”

The clip then showed Affleck, who tracked her down on Instagram, saying: “Nivine, why did you unmatch me?” This was followed with, “It’s me.” That was quite a shocker.

“Sorry Ben,” she captioned the share. This video was shared an immediately picked up in a big way. E! News got in touch with her and she commented on the situation:

“I’m seeing a lot of comments calling him a creep and l don’t think that’s fair. l wasn’t making fun of him in the video. l was making fun of myself for thinking he was a catfish and it was just supposed to be funny.”

Ben Affleck probably doesn’t get shut down a lot, so the grin on his face might have been amusement. Still, this was quite an interesting subject for a video which is likely why it blew up on TikTok as it did. You can check out the viral video below.
