There are far too many streaming services at this point to have them all. TONS of people have Peacock now, and there are a couple big reasons for that.

Not only does Peacock come free with Comcast and some other service providers, but they also have some huge drawing points, namely The Office and WWE.

Comcast announced on Thursday that they have added more than 9 million subscribers to Peacock following some huge pick-ups for the streaming service. Those notably include The Office and WWE.

The Office is obviously a huge drawing point. Many fans were devastated during that short period of time after their Netflix contract lapsed. Now the show is on Peacock with uncut episodes and deleted scenes.

WWE also arrived on Peacock just in time for WrestleMania 37. It’s unknown how many subscribers they brought over from the WWE Network, but any American fan who wants WWE’s streaming content must go through Peacock now.

Needless to say, it didn’t take long for Peacock to become a contender in the streaming market. They now have around 44 million subscribers in the United States, on par with HBO Max’s 44.2 million.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
