Dr. Dre and his wife Nicole Young are in the middle of a heated divorce that keeps getting messier. Now the Doctor will have to pay even more.

According to the Daily Mail, LA Superior Court has deemed that Dre must pay $500,000 for his estranged wife’s legal fees. He has to fork over the cash within the next 10 days.

That 1/2 a million is only 10% of the $5 million that she is demanding that Dre give her to cover her legal fees in their divorce. She’s also demanding $2 million per month in spousal support. Dr. Dre gave her a life for years that she is accustomed to, and she doesn’t plan on giving it up.

The legendary West Coast rap legend is already shelling out a reported $293,000 a month during the case. Judge Powell, who is overseeing this case, made it very clear in a written decision that Dr. Dre must pay.

“Pending the next hearing dates on this matter, the Court grants only $500,000 in attorney’s fees to petitioner’s (Nicole’s) counsel. Fees are to be paid to petitioner’s counsel, no later than May 7.”

Dr. Dre lives in California, a 50/50 state. Divorces can get really petty and incredibly expensive, especially when there is so much up for grabs. To be fair, Dre’s net worth is reportedly $800 million.

Nicole Young wants that Straight Outta Compton money all the way through the Chronic 2001 and beyond. Dre might just have to pay because he’s been having some terrible luck with the judge ruling in his favor throughout this entire process.
