In the main event of UFC 261, Kamaru Usman defended his Welterweight Championship against Jorge Masvidal. In a stunning showcase of his evolving game and pound-for-pound talent, Usman knocked out Masvidal in the second round of the fight and successfully retained his title.

It seems UFC legend Conor McGregor wasn’t all that impressed with Usman’s performance. McGregor took to Twitter and called out Usman for copying his words as well as his shots.

McGregor also uploaded a clip of him hitting a straight cross on Dustin Poirier at UFC 257. The straight cross was the exact same move that Usman used to knock out Jorge Masvidal in his fight last night as well.

McGregor then stated that he will challenge Usman for his title and beat him for it.

“Usman even copying my shots now. Am I to fight this guy at some stage? I think so. Can’t be copying my words and my shots and not get a smack for it. I like 170. It’s mine soon,”

I’m a block at 170 guys. Give me till end of year at this 155 weight. I’ll get the strap and then I’ll go up again. After green fungus panties hahaha “cos any one of these fools can get it” – usman”

Before McGregor fights Usman, he has Dustin Poirier to contend with as the two will face off against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 on July 11th. We will have to see who will come out on top in the upcoming fight.
