Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal are bitter rivals, and things just got personal.

The former training partners are now engaged in a feud that has lasted years. Now Colby is saying that Jorge stepped out on his wife.

On Thursday, Covington shared a picture on social media of himself with “Mrs. Masvidal,” writing. The caption he picked said: “Out here playing games with Mrs. Masvidal. Great catching up with you Maritza.”

Masvidal likes to keep his personal life very private. Covington claims that the woman he was with is Masvidal’s “legal wife and the mother of his two children.”

While speaking with Helen Yee, Colby Covington said that he was too busy to watch the UFC 261 press conference on Thursday. He was spending time with Maritza.

No, I didn’t get a chance to watch it. I was actually hanging out with Jorge Masvidal’s legal wife and the mother of his two children. So we were just chatting, catching up, you know, taking a trip down memory lane.”

“The only reason why I wanted to fight ‘Street Judas’ Masvidal… It’s a serious beef. I hate the guy. He hates me. And that’s being nice about it. We were best friends for eight years. He’s walking around like he’s the king of Miami. He’s a piece-of-sh*t person. He cheated on his wife; he cheated on his kids. He lies to his kids. He’s just not a good person. So I want to expose him in front of the whole world.”

The rivalry between Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal is going to continue. Odds are this is not the last we’ve seen of those two taking shots at each other either. That was quite a lot of dirty laundry for Colby Covington to air out for Jorge Masvidal.

As of this writing, Masvidal has not responded to those claims by Covington.
