It seems that Eminem has finally started recognizing new talent. While the real Slim Shady has been going through a lot of things lately, including an effort made by the entirety of Gen Z to cancel him, he has his eye on the ball.

The rapper took to Twitter to give a nod to Redman’s new single 80 Barz. While the Def Jam legend Redman dropped some new music, Eminem felt it best to show him some love with a huge co-sign.

Eminem simply retweeted the artist’s new song on his Twitter page and captioned it with “it goes Reggie…” showing that he really likes the beat and has already become familiar with its catchy hooks.

Redman also hasten up his process and decided to drop the music video of “80 Barz” on the 20th of April, otherwise known as the 4/20 Day. It was his gift to the entire community, and it seems that it worked.
