Drake is looking to see who’s got the skills and he’s putting his own money up to make sure it happens.

Drizzy announced that Season 3 of the Ultimate Rap League is starting soon, and there’s a big cash prize. $100,000 is going up for grabs and it’s coming out of Drake’s own pocket.

The event will kick off on April 24th at 3:00 PM EST on the Caffeine streaming platform.

16 hopeful rappers will put their lines to the test against each other in a battle rap environment. The winner will get way more than just bragging rights, because $100k is coming to them from Drake himself.

You can find more information below. It sounds like this could become a cut throat series of rap battles, especially with that much dough up for grabs.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
