Kayne West finally responded to Kim Kardashian’s divorce paperwork this week. She filed for a legal divorce in February, and they have both agreed to split up custody of their four children.

According to Hollywood Life, Kanye delayed his side of the divorce because he wanted to fix things. Now he has seen that is not happening and he has come to accept that.

“Kanye took his time because he was holding out hope that he could fix things. Clearly that’s not happening, and he’s finally accepted it. His inner circle urged him to hire a good lawyer and settle this once and for all and thankfully he finally listened to reason.”

Kanye and Kim are going for joint custody of their children, something that they agree on. That doesn’t mean a 50/50 split, but that will be determined by the courts at a later date.

It was further noted that Kanye is really thinking about his four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm right now.

“His main concern is getting equal rights to see his kids. And since they are both on the same page with that, everyone is expecting it to be a fairly swift resolution.”

“This is not something Kanye wants,” the source continued. “If it were up to him this divorce would not be happening so taking this step was very painful for him. But he’s in a place of acceptance now, there’s really not any other option.”

It appears that this situation is going to be as civil as possible. Both Kim and Kanye have also nixed any mention of spousal support because they are both incredibly well off as moguls in their own right. Kim K was recently declared a billionaire by Forbes. Kanye West will continue doing his own thing and he gets to keep his massive property in Wyoming.
