Conor McGregor Calls Off Third Dustin Poirier Fight

Conor McGregor didn’t appreciate being called out for stiffing a charity for $500,000. Now his scheduled fight with Dustin Poirier is off.

McGregor and Poirier were slated to face off at UFC 264 on July 10th. It appears that Dustin’s recent social media slam was too much for Conor.

Notorious lashed out on Twitter and called Poirier an “inbred hillbilly.” He also called him a “f*cking brain dead hillbilly” while he was at it. Then McGregor said that his scheduled fight with Dustin is now off, because “you must be new to money.”

You’re ripped you inbred hillbilly. Why do you wink with your ears? You fucking brain dead hillbilly. 500k with no plan in place. Ye hang tight. Fool. You must be new to money. The fight is off btw. I’m going to fight someone else on the 10th. Good luck on your old contract kid.

Conor McGregor has said a lot of things on social media out of anger. We’re not certain if he’s trying to get out of an unbreakable contract.

Poirier seemed to be alright with missing out on his big July 10th fight. He replied to Conor saying: “Ok.”
