Houston Texans’ quarterback Deshaun Watson has landed himself in hot water recently as quite a few women have come forward and filed lawsuits against him, alleging sexual assault.
According to TMZ, it seems the attorney of the women filing the lawsuits has claimed that he has text messages and DMs from Watson that support the allegations made against him.
This included a text where it appeared as if Watson apologized after a massage session went awry. The first woman who filed her lawsuit against Watson claimed that he became aggressive during a massage treatment in March 2020. The session ended after Watson continuously tried to get her to touch his genitals.
The woman claims she ended the massage session immediately and started to try. It was then claimed that Watson sent her a text message apologizing for his behavior.
“Sorry about you feeling uncomfortable. Never were the intentions. LMK if you want to work in the future. My apologies.”
The attorney, Tony Buzbee claimed that he has “multiple texts” that will be released at a news conference which will take place on Friday afternoon in Houston.
