Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s NBC show about his own life, Young Rock, includes a present-day Johnson running for President of the United States of America. He has to start somewhere, and governor is a great way to start.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was asked if Dwayne Johnson might run for governor of California in the recall election. Although Johnson hasn’t shut down political aspirations, it’s too early for him to get involved with anything right now.

“He’s not going to do that, he’s not doing anything right now. I do not see that happening. I know what’s what Arnold did, right? Arnold became became governor somehow like that.”

“I don’t think that Dwayne’s gonna run for governor this early. He has too many things going on.”

We’ll have to see if The Rock eventually runs for public office. Considering the massive social media following he has, it will be very easy for him to get the word out. Will we have President Dwayne Johnson in the White House some day? Stay tuned.
