Lo Bosworth, the former reality TV star from The Hills recently opened up about her secret battle with a traumatic brain injury that she had incurred in a freak accident in Manhattan, New York.

She revealed that the accident took place on March 2019, while she was in a New York restaurant. Her former co-stars where busy shooting for The Hills’ revival series, New Beginnings, that she chose to remain out of.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Lo revealed all the details about her secret battle with the traumatic brain injury. She spent two years dealing with the damage without really telling anyone about it.

The cause of the injury was, as she revealed in the Instagram post, a swinging kitchen door falling onto her head after it’d fallen off its hinges. She suffered major concussions for months and months, and took a long time off work to recover.

She revealed that she still forgets some words from time and again, while getting randomly thrown off her thoughts as well. While she quit TV for more than a decade ago, she has been focusing entirely on her business & heads Love Wellness, which is entirely focused on women’s health and prosperity.

Her fans wished her well after her big revelation. She also hosts a podcast named I Love Wellness, where fitness and health are the only topics of discussion and more attention is brought to these issues.
