Conor McGregor’s one of the most popular UFC fighters to have ever stepped foot inside the Octagon. He is the king of trash talking his opponents and his flamboyancy knows no bounds.

McGregor also makes statements with the clothing that he wears. His most notable one would be the famous ‘F**k You’ pinstripe suit. McGregor wore the suit before his huge match against Floyd Mayweather back in 2017. Now it seems the person who designed the suit has been revealed.

Bespoke men’s clothier and CEO of clothing line David August Heil was the one who designed McGregor’s famous suit. It is evident that the two built up a good relationship for them to take a risk such as this.

While speaking to Esquire in 2017 interview, David August Heil discussed how he came up with the idea for the special pinstripe suit for Conor McGregor.

“I wanted to do something irreverent that brought out the ‘Notorious’ in Conor. Conor is a fan of our pinstripe and plaid suits, so I felt weaving this specific phrase into the cloth was the perfect way to bring together the bespoke details of a custom suit and Conor’s personality.”

In the aforementioned match between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, Mayweather won the match by TKO in the 10th Round.
