Amanda Nunes’ is a big name in the UFC. After her big win at UFC 259 by submitting Megan Anderson in the very first round, fans can’t wait to see more of her.

The UFC’s bantamweight and featherweight champion could be taking a trip round the Octagon very soon, as suggested by Dana White in a post-fight conference.

Dana White revealed how Julianna Pena’s crew had showed heavy interest in securing a fight with Amanda Nunes and kept in contact with White all night to discuss the details of the arrangement.

While Julianna Pena’s already planned fight with Holly Holm got cancelled at the UFC 257, Pena has then reconsidered her options and is trying straight to secure a chance at the helm. While she’d called out Nunes before, she got ignored while the champion focused on defending her title.

It should be noted that Amanda Nunes has been reigning supreme since 2015. She has not been beaten within the almost 6-years timeframe. She has fought and beaten the top of the crop to prove herself, including the likes of Rhonda Rousey, Valentina Shevchenko & Holly Holm. Stay tuned for more updates.
