In the Saturday interview with Forbes, about Hollywood fitness and his journey in living the American dream, Sam Asghari opens up about his desire to take the next step in his relationship with Britney spears. He states, “I don’t mind becoming a father.”

The actor/model shares with us his thoughts regarding both his personal as well as professional goals in life. “My priorities in life are to remain humble and understand where I came from and where I’m going,” admits Sam. “I want to take my career to the next step when it comes to acting. I want to take my relationship to the next step, as well. I don’t mind becoming a father.” He continues, “I want to be a young dad.”

The couple had met on the sets of the music video of “Slumber Party” in 2016 and have been together ever since then. Sam remembers how he didn’t know any details about the event he was going to be a part of and it was in fact the pop star herself who had chosen him for the shoot.

“My friend called me and said, ‘I need you to be on it. Trust me, you want to show up.’ I didn’t know who was shooting. It was a secret project. So I showed up because of my friend. I showed up and everything just kicked off from there.” recollects Sam.

However, in the interview he discloses how there were chances that he and Britney could have never got to know each other or become a thing if he hadn’t turned up for the shoot that day. He confesses that he was actually reluctant to consider acting in the video after playing a role in Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home”.

“I was already known on a music video, so I didn’t want to do another music video because of that,” Sam states. “I wanted to do TV, I wanted to do film. My acting strategy was kind of to go away from music videos. I didn’t want to do more and be known as a music video actor, but a good friend of mine was working on a project and they referred me to the team that was picking out the leading role for ‘Slumber Party.'”

It seems likely that if Sam and Britney decide to have kids, they would be half-brother or sisters to Sean (15) and Jayden (14), the children she had with her former partner Kevin Federline.

Asghari claims that Dwayne Johnson is the person he looks up to where acting is concerned. He discloses, “The reason why I look up to him is because with all the perceptions he had going on with the muscular look, the WWE look, he still came out to Hollywood and he was able to really breakout there and really do any type of roles.”

‘It’s great to see that someone like that paved a path for people like me to be able to pursue it,” he said. “My goal in acting is to become an action figure. I want to show my variety of acting. I want show that I’m able to do comedy, I’m able to do action, I’m able to do drama. I want to show what I’ve been training for. I’ve been doing a lot of reading for big parts and really getting ready for it.”

Although he has recently gained a couple of new confidential projects with the likes of HBO Max and Apple TV, Sam appears determined in defending Britney Spears during her conservatorship controversy.

The documentary, “Framing Britney Spears” renewed conversation about the pop star’s father, Jamie Spears, being in control of her medical and financial decisions. Upset with the whole ordeal, Sam posted a highly spirited comment on his Instagram Story which goes like, “Now it’s important for people to understand I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles in our way.”

“In my opinion Jamie is a total dick,” he further adds, “I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected our privacy but at the same time I didn’t come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom.”
