Rapper Chucky Trill Murdered Before NBA All-Star Weekend

Chucky Trill was murdered during a shooting on Friday morning. He was in Atlanta to perform at a virtual event and make connections during the NBA All-Star Weekend.

The up-and-coming Houston rapper was shot at least once and died on his way to the hospital. He was 33-years-old.

Click 2 Houston reports that according to Gwinnett County Police, they responded to reports of a shooting before 3:00 AM EST on Interstate 85 south near Jimmy Carter Blvd. They arrived and found Trill shot in a stopped car.

Police believe that the shooting took place on the Interstate. There are no leads as to what caused this shooting.
