Matt LaFleur has finished up choosing his third Green Bay Packers coaching staff. On Monday he announced promotions for four of his returning assistants along with the hiring of four new members for the 2021 NFL season.

Two of the team’s top 2020 position coaches were promoted as Jerry Gray was promoted to defensive backs/passing game coordinator and Adam Stenavich to offensive line/run game coordinator.

Rayna Stewart also got elevated to assistant special teams coach and Connor Lewis to special teams assistant/game management specialist.

Perhaps the biggest change would be The Packers hiring former New York Jets coach John Dunn as a senior analyst. On top of that, they also hired Justin Hood as a defensive quality control coach and both Ryan Mahaffey and Tim Zetts as offensive quality control coaches.

These hirings and promotions will no doubt benefit the team heading into the new season.
